Traits

Legendary Resistance (3/Day).

Siege Monster. Deals double damage to objects and structures.

Deep Roots. The Sapling Titan can't be moved against its will and can't have the Prone condition. It also regains 20 HP at the start of its turn (if it hasn't taken Fire damage).

Actions

Multiattack. The Titan makes two Colossal Slam attacks and uses one Uproot.

Colossal Slam. Melee Attack Roll: +15, reach 20 ft. Hit: 32 (4d10 + 10) Bludgeoning damage, and the target makes a DC 23 Strength save. Failure: The target is pushed 20 feet back and has the Prone condition.

Uproot. The Sapling Titan tears a colossal root from the ground and swings it. Every creature in a 40-foot line (10 feet wide) makes a DC 21 Dexterity save. Failure: 38 (7d10) Bludgeoning damage and Prone. Success: Half damage.

Forest's Wrath (Recharge 6). The Sapling Titan roars and the forest joins it. Every enemy in a 60-foot Emanation makes a DC 21 Strength save.

  • Failure: 55 (10d10) Bludgeoning damage, the Restrained condition (escape DC 21), and Prone.
  • Success: Half damage.

How to Use

Tier 4's raw power. 350 HP, ~100 damage per round. But it isn't clever — it just crushes.

Key

Fire. Vulnerability plus it stops Deep Roots' regeneration. A single (upcast) Fireball or Delayed Blast Fireball topples it. A party with no fire loses against 350 HP plus 20/turn regeneration.
